I'm a designer focused on solving practical problems in complex digital products.
My work spans discovery through to delivery, with a focus on clarifying requirements, testing assumptions early, and improving journeys based on evidence. I work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ship changes that improve usability, reduce friction, and support business goals.

I’ve spent over ten years working on digital products, often in roles where the real work was figuring out what wasn’t working and helping teams fix it. While my background is in design, the parts of the job I’ve always gravitated toward are understanding problems, untangling messy processes, and making changes that actually hold up once they’re in use.
A lot of my experience sits around optimisation and improvement. I’ve analysed user behaviour, run and evaluated experiments, refined complex flows, and worked closely with product, engineering, and operational teams to make sensible trade-offs between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. I’ve worked across several sectors, including travel, where scale, reliability, and clarity really matter.
I’m comfortable working with data and analytics and I like understanding how things are built, not just how they look. That helps me design solutions that are realistic to deliver and easier to support long term. I also keep an eye on new tools and technologies, including AI, and how it can be useful.
